I. Refund Policy: AI Visibility Optimization Services

AEOS Media is committed to delivering tangible results for your business. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and confidence in our services.

  1. One-Time Service: This is a one-time payment for the AI Visibility Optimization service. There are no recurring or hidden charges.
  2. Service Scope: This service is focused on organic AI visibility, not paid advertisements. Results may vary based on business category, existing online presence, and market competition.
  3. Guarantee Start Date: The 45-day visibility promise begins once all required business information, access, and initial content/approvals are submitted by the client.
  4. Search Prompts: AEOS Media will define 3 specific search prompts with the client in advance (e.g., “Best café in Amravati”), which will be used for testing visibility.

A. Refundable Cases (100% Money-Back Guarantee)

A full refund of the one-time setup fee will be processed if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Non-Appearance within 45 Calendar Days: Your business name, website, or contact information is not explicitly mentioned by either ChatGPT or Google Gemini in response to one of the 3 specific search prompts pre-agreed with the client, which will be used for testing visibility.
  2. Verification of Non-Appearance: The non-appearance must be verified by AEOS Media and acknowledged by the client through screenshot or video evidence of repeated testing of the agreed-upon prompts.
  3. Timely Claim: The refund request must be submitted in writing to AEOS Media within 7 days following the expiration of the 45-day service period.
  4. Client Cooperation Maintained: The client must have provided all necessary information, access, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner throughout the 45-day period, as reasonably requested by AEOS Media, and no delays were attributable to the client.

B. Proof of Visibility

AEOS Media will provide a detailed prompt test report as proof of visibility for the agreed search terms.

C. Non-Refundable Cases (Refund Not Valid If)

The service fee is non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  1. Appearance Achieved: If your business name, website, or contact information is explicitly mentioned by at least one of the specified AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) within the 45-day period, as per the "Refundable Cases" criteria, the service is considered successfully delivered, and no refund will be issued.
  2. Service Commencement: Once the service commencement date has passed (defined as the date of successful payment receipt and the initiation of any work related to the agreed-upon plan, including but not limited to, initial consultations, content strategy development, account setup, or any action taken towards fulfilling the service deliverables), and the conditions for a refundable case are not met, the fee becomes non-refundable.
  3. Client Delays: Client delays in providing required information, content, approvals, or actively participating in review submissions beyond 7 calendar days from the request date.
  4. Misleading Presence: The business's existing online presence (e.g., Google Business Profile, website) is found to be fabricated, misleading, or contains critical errors that prevent effective optimization.
  5. Business Changes: Client changes the business name, address, or primary category during the 45-day optimization process without prior agreement.
  6. Change of Mind: If the client decides to discontinue the service for reasons unrelated to AEOS Media's performance or the non-fulfillment of the "Refundable Cases" criteria.
  7. Beyond Agreed Scope: If the client requests outcomes or results that were not explicitly part of the agreed-upon "AI Visibility" definition or service deliverables.
  8. Force Majeure: AEOS Media shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or significant changes in third-party AI platform policies or algorithms that render our methodologies ineffective despite best efforts.
  9. Agreement to Terms: Your payment for and acceptance of our services constitutes your full understanding and agreement to this refund policy.

D. Refund Process

  1. If a refund is approved based on the above conditions, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.

II. Definition of "AI Visibility"

AI Visibility refers to the strategic optimization of a business's online presence to ensure it is readily discovered, understood, and favorably recommended by Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms and generative AI features within search engines.

It moves beyond traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by focusing on how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI algorithms interpret, summarize, and present information about a business when users pose natural language queries.

Key aspects of AI Visibility include:

General Agreement: You agree to share information entered on this page with AEOS Media (owner of this page) and Razorpay, adhering to applicable laws.
